Who Can Apply?

In order to apply, organization must have an IRS non-profit 501(c)(3) designation. Only those organizations within Northern Tioga County, Pennsylvania are eligible to apply. Any applicants outside of the designated geographic area will not be considered.

If you are submitting an application for over $5000, you must include at least two estimates with your application.  In order for us to receive your application, you must submit it through the link below each cycle. Do not use past emails to submit new applications, your application may be lost.
